Your information is used to: process loan applications, verify identity and creditworthiness, communicate about your application, disburse loans, and comply with regulatory requirements.
We use 256-bit SSL encryption, AES-256 data encryption at rest, and follow ISO 27001 information security standards. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
We do NOT sell your data. We may share information with: partner banks/NBFCs for loan processing, credit bureaus (CIBIL, Equifax, Experian) for credit assessment, and government agencies when legally required.
We retain your data for the duration of the loan + 7 years post-closure as per RBI guidelines. You may request data deletion after loan closure subject to regulatory requirements.
You have the right to: access your data, request correction of inaccurate data, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Officer.
