You may cancel your loan application at any time before disbursement by emailing support@loanwala.in or calling us. No charges apply for cancellation.
Since LoanWala charges zero processing fees, there is nothing to refund in terms of application charges.
After loan disbursement, the loan cannot be "cancelled" but can be prepaid at any time without penalty. The outstanding principal will be calculated and you pay only that amount.
If you have a complaint: (1) Email support@loanwala.in, (2) Call +91 98765 43210, (3) Write to our Nodal Officer at the registered office. If unresolved in 30 days, approach the RBI Banking Ombudsman.
